When you download, register with, or use the Platform, you provide the following personal data, which we and/or our vendors (collectively “Vendors”) may collect:

Personal identifiable information , including your full name, email address, telephone number, home address, and your payment card information. 

Account and transaction information, including your login credentials, form(s) of payment (i.e., debit or credit card, gift card, Frank Pepe’s Rewards’ points), time and date of transaction, transaction amount, and contents of the transaction.  

Location data , including your general location if you provide your address or zip code; Vendors may approximate your location based on your IP address. If you provide access to your location on your device, Vendors may collect more precise data through GPS, Wi-Fi, wireless network triangulation, or other similar methods. Vendors may use your precise location information to provide tailored content and advertising, view special offers on products, or to improve customer service experience based on your location. Vendors may utilize Google Maps Application Programming Interface to gather information about your location.

Service use data , including data about the features you use, the emails and advertisements you view, the products you consider and purchase, the date and time you access the Platform, the pages you access while using the Platform, and the IP address, from which you linked directly to the Platform. 

We may collect your personal data from you. We also may your collect personal data through cookies and other tracking technologies. Lastly, when you interact with the Platform through third parties, we may receive some information about you that you permit third parties to share with us. We use this information to better understand the demographics of our customers and to improve our advertising services. The ability to receive this data is dependent on your privacy settings with the third party.  

Pepe’s Pizza partners with third-party service providers to manage daily organizational operations. 

For example, we may share personal data with third-party service providers, including those who provide payment processing services, delivery services, and text message notification system services.  When Pepe’s Pizza enters into agreements with third-party service providers, Pepe’s Pizza asks third-party service providers to use personal data as needed and instructed by Pepe’s Pizza. 

If you click on a third-party link, you will be taken to the third-party platform, which Pepe’s Pizza does not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy policies and practices from those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for these third parties, so please read the third-party platforms’ privacy policies carefully.
